• Responsible for recording and posting incoming invoices.
• Posting outgoing invoices.
• Recording and reconciling bank transactions.
• Managing payment transactions while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintaining creditor data.
• Monitoring and processing open items.
• Executing dunning processes.
• Preparing monthly VAT returns.
• Assisting with monthly/year-end closings.
• Supporting inquiries on accounting topics.
• Optimizing accounting-related processes for clients.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Basic technical proficiency and flexibility to learn a new system (Haufe x360).
• Independent, solution-oriented working style.
• Quick understanding of processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and critique skills.
• Service orientation, as well as a structured and careful approach.
• Desire for a new challenge.
