Overview

The Junior Social Media & Digital Communication Expert will create and manage content across various social media platforms, contributing to the communication strategies of our international client, KÄRCHER.

In Short

• Create and prepare content (text, image, video) for social media channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Plan and implement the editorial schedule.
• Maintain tools like video platforms, image databases, and social media management systems.
• Scout trends and implement topics suitable for target audiences.
• Manage communities (internally and externally) and handle service inquiries.
• Monitor social media activities and derive actionable recommendations.
• Manage external agencies and possibly oversee influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in social media or digital communication.
• Experience in content creation for social media (text, image, video).
• Strong sense for trends and channel-appropriate content.
• Preferably experience with content creation for websites, newsletters, or apps.
• Knowledge in project management and influencer collaborations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere & Express, Canva); initial experience with social media management systems (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Creativity, initiative, and responsibility.
• Motivation to demonstrate skills in a practical task.
