As part of BOLD & EPIC, we are looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our Financial Services Unit, contributing to innovative digital solutions for businesses.

In Short

Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
Bank reconciliation and payment processing
Maintaining creditor data
Managing open items and dunning processes
Preparing monthly tax returns
Supporting monthly and annual financial statements
Optimizing accounting processes for clients
Ensuring compliance with payment deadlines
Providing solutions for accounting inquiries
Working in a flexible and supportive environment

Requirements

Relevant professional experience in accounting
Basic technical proficiency and willingness to learn new systems (Haufe x360)
Independent and solution-oriented work style
Quick understanding of processes and workflows
Excellent communication and feedback skills
Service orientation and structured approach
Eager for new challenges
