• Handling of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Management of bank transactions

• Maintenance of creditor data
• Monitoring and processing of open items
• Execution of dunning procedures
• Preparation of monthly VAT returns
• Support in monthly and annual financial statements
• Assisting with accounting-related queries
• Optimization of accounting processes for clients

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in accounting
• Basic technical proficiency and flexibility to learn a new system (Haufe x360)
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Quick understanding of processes and workflows
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Service orientation, structured and meticulous approach
