Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for carrying out implementation presentations and workshops, collecting business requirements, and ensuring the Ivalua system is configured according to client needs.

In Short

• Conduct implementation presentations and workshops.
• Collect and refine business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements for technical feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Create user stories and product backlog.
• Cooperate with application and integration engineers.
• Work closely with the Customer's Product Owner.
• Assist the Project Manager with scheduling and scope management.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process modeling.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead meetings and presentations.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Results-oriented with strong persistence.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
