  • Ensure accurate patient information in records.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette and salesmanship skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a call center or dental field is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Upper Intermediate English skills (B2).
  • Compassionate and service-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills.
