The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) role is essential for managing the recruitment lifecycle at Mass General Brigham, acting as a liaison and consultant to hiring managers and business leaders to acquire talent.

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner with expertise in Talent Acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to assist in hiring decisions.
  • Support various departments based on business needs.
  • Participate in recruitment-related events and outreach.
  • Provide counsel during Talent Strategy Discussions.
  • Work with senior leadership during heavy recruitment volumes.
  • Ensure market equity in hiring decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong candidate assessment skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of employment law.
  • Experience in setting talent strategies.
  • Ability to build diverse applicant pipelines.
  • Experience with talent management systems.
  • Behaviorally-based interview techniques proficiency.
