The Surgical Technologist I is responsible for assisting surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in various surgical procedures, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the operating room.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist I or similar role.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• CST Certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Understanding of infection control protocols.
