Respiratory Therapist, Per Diem - Remote

Overview

The Respiratory Therapist at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is responsible for treating, evaluating, monitoring, and managing patients with breathing disorders or cardiovascular problems. This role involves administering therapies, monitoring patient responses, and educating patients and families.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care.
• Current Massachusetts Board of Respiratory Care license.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 90 days of employment.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment skills.
• Ability to work in stressful environments.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks.
