Overview

The Registered Nurse - Patient Navigator will provide patient care and support within the outpatient setting, ensuring high nursing standards and facilitating patient triage for vascular disease care programs.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
• 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1-2 years of ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs).
