Program Leader, Adult Outpatient Services - Remote

Overview

The Program Leader for Adult Outpatient Psychiatry will oversee day-to-day operations within the clinic, manage the Utilization Review program, and address staff challenges related to productivity and documentation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• 5-7 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• 3-5 years of management or leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage financial resources effectively.
