Overview

The Patient Care Assistant I will support patients with daily living activities and monitor vital signs under the direction of licensed personnel at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in patient care or elder care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Proficient computer skills for electronic medical records.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
