The OR Orthopedics Nurse Manager will direct, plan, and coordinate service activities and staffing performance in a hospital setting, ensuring quality patient care and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum of 3 years of perioperative experience.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certificate preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of age-specific care requirements.
