Overview

The OB Float Pool Nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital is responsible for providing excellent care to patients and families in a collaborative and safe environment, focusing on mother/baby care and level 2 NICU.

In Short

• Provide care for patients on mother/baby and/or level 2 NICU.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

• Night shift position, 36 hours per week.
• Graduate of an approved nursing school required.
• Experience in level 2 NICU required.
• Preferred postpartum experience.
• Membership in professional organizations recommended.
• Certification in a specialty area encouraged.
• Able to work weekend rotation as per contract.

Requirements

• Current registration in Massachusetts.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing for newly licensed nurses.
• Experience in level 2 NICU required.
• Postpartum experience preferred.
• Membership in professional organizations recommended.
• Certification in a specialty area encouraged.
• Able to work weekend rotation per MNA contract.
