• Evaluates and treats hematology/oncology patients.

• Serves as a resource for staff education and development.
• Maintains compliance with state and hospital regulations.
• Collaborates with clinical educators to identify staff educational needs.
• Participates in intra- and interdepartmental committees.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• 3+ years advanced practice and medical oncology experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenses required.
• Proficiency with Epic and EMRs preferred.
• Telemedicine experience preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical trials preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards and react effectively in emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
