Overview

The Night Shift Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work in the Hospital Medicine Unit at Mass General Brigham, providing inpatient care and collaborating with attending physicians to ensure high-quality patient management.

• Provide inpatient care as a responding clinician.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant license required.
• 0-1 year of experience as an NP or PA preferred.
• Skilled in taking medical histories and assessing conditions.
• Ability to react calmly in emergencies.
• Strong communication skills for patient and staff interactions.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards.
• Knowledge of guidelines and procedures in patient care.
