Overview

The Float Pool Patient Care Associate II is responsible for assisting in clinical support functions under the direction of a registered nurse, promoting a safe and compassionate patient care environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience required.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle stress effectively.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transport patients safely.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to follow Safe Patient Handling Guidelines.
