Overview

The Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is seeking motivated individuals to join our team of diverse Internal Medicine and Surgery Clinical Pharmacists. This role involves delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care alongside a multidisciplinary team for a diverse inpatient population.

Requirements

• Eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts.
• Postgraduate residency/fellowship training preferred.
• Board Certification in relevant specialty preferred within 18 months of hiring.
• Extensive knowledge in pharmacy practice settings and regulations.
• Ability to assess patient data across various age groups.
• Participate in training medical and allied health professionals.
• Complete 20 continuing education credits annually to maintain license.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with medication handling and storage practices.
• Ability to engage in quality improvement initiatives.
