Overview

The Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist will enhance patient care and health outcomes by providing clinical pharmacy services across various locations within the Mass General Brigham Medical Group, focusing on chronic disease management.

Requirements

• Graduate of ACPE accredited college of pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire.
• Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 residency.
• Knowledge of USP standards and automated dispensing systems.
• Familiarity with Epic Willow and OpTime.
• Experience as an ambulatory care pharmacist preferred.
