Requirements

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with patient scheduling and billing processes.
  • Ability to assist patients and handle phone inquiries.
  • Understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
