Overview

The Corporate Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact responsible for resolving complex, multi-faceted client service issues for designated National Accounts clients. This role is pivotal in managing communication with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

  • Provides education on service options, charges, and contracts.
  • Strives to meet service and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and email communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in the work environment.
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations effectively.
