Senior Platform Engineer / SRE - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer / SRE to lead complex infrastructure work and drive innovative architectural standards for automation and operations at scale.

In Short

• Lead IaC architecture and Terraform module design.
• Drive GitOps at scale with ArgoCD and progressive delivery patterns.
• Architect and operate multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS.
• Build self-service infrastructure automation for engineering teams.
• Own reliability through SLO definitions and incident response quality.
• Set observability standards for the platform.
• Collaborate with security on zero-trust architecture.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years in platform engineering or SRE with experience in production systems.
• Deep expertise in IaC and Terraform architecture.
• Strong GitOps background and understanding of declarative infrastructure management.
• Extensive Kubernetes knowledge and experience in production.
• Strong AWS background in networking and multi-account design.
• Experience with multi-tenant infrastructure and automation-first thinking.
• Reliability engineering experience with measurable improvements.
• Strong communication skills for architectural decision-making.
