Senior Platform Engineer / SRE - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer / SRE who can lead complex infrastructure work, drive IaC and GitOps architecture, and set the standard for how we automate and operate systems at scale.

In Short

• Lead IaC architecture with Terraform module design and state management.
• Drive GitOps at scale using ArgoCD for deployment reliability.
• Architect and operate multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS.
• Build self-service infrastructure automation for engineering teams.
• Own reliability through SLO definitions and incident response.
• Set observability standards for trace coverage and alert quality.
• Partner with security on zero-trust architecture and infrastructure hardening.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and prioritize work.
• Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews and design feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure.
• Deep IaC expertise with Terraform architecture design.
• Strong GitOps background and declarative infrastructure management.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge with production experience.
• Strong AWS background in networking, compute, and IAM.
• Experience with multi-tenant infrastructure and isolation patterns.
• Automation-first thinking at a senior level.
• Active user of agentic coding tools.
• Reliability engineering track record with SLOs and measurable improvements.
• Strong communication skills for architectural decisions.
