Technical Trainer - EMEA - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Trainer at Wiz, you will report to the Sr. Manager and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on driving learning and enablement to Wiz’s customers, partners, and employees. You will be responsible for driving enablement and product adoption by conducting hands-on training courses, supporting their implementation with topic-specific workshops, and helping overcome technical challenges.

In Short

• Lead & administer global remote training of the Wiz platform for customers using various collaborative teaching methods.
• Work closely with the Content Development and Product Management teams to improve course structure, content, and delivery methods.
• Use dynamic presentation skills to engage students and improve their learning experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical training materials.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a technical instructor, owning course content preferred.
• Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure background.
• Experience with cybersecurity.
• Strong acumen for proactive partnership with stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and maintain quality standards in a changing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
