Overview

As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team providing outstanding technical support experience to customers of Wiz, a company that is reinventing cloud security.

In Short

  • Responsible for technical customer support experience within the Wiz product.
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues using best practices.
  • Identify cases that require escalation.
  • Create and maintain incident management requests.
  • Design and implement solutions to scale support offerings through automation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • This is a 3rd shift position: Saturday - Wednesday, 3am - 12pm ET.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of technical experience in customer support or related roles.
  • 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks or tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Fast learner with a love for technology.
