In Short

  • Provide tier 1 support for end users both remotely and in person.
  • Deliver a white glove IT experience for in-office executives.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.
  • Participate in asset management activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on employee lifecycle tasks.
  • Draft and update documentation for technologies and processes.
  • Maintain high standards in service desk activities.
  • Stay updated on technologies and train employees on best practices.
  • Support IAM solutions like Okta and Azure AD.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS software support.
  • Ability to provide white glove support for executives.
  • Strong background in IT support within a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Practical grasp of networking and troubleshooting.
  • Professional experience with cloud service providers.
  • Interest in security and cloud technologies.
  • Fluency in regulated environments is a plus.
