Overview

Knight Office Solutions (KOS) is searching for a Help Desk Support Technician to join our Tech Imaging team. Your technical knowledge is key to helping us deliver legendary customer service. The primary objectives for this position include ensuring customer satisfaction post installation of devices while adhering to KOS core competencies and culture keys.

In Short

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post installation of devices.
  • Utilize expertise in copier technology for issue diagnosis.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot copier-related issues.
  • Install necessary software and train users on print drivers.
  • Document all customer interactions in the help desk system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
  • Stay updated with the latest copier technologies and best practices.
  • Coordinate on-site visits for copier repair when necessary.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience.
