Overview

Knight Office Solutions (KOS) is searching for a Help Desk Support Technician to join our growing Tech Imaging team. Your technical knowledge is key to helping us deliver legendary customer service. The primary objectives for this position include ensuring customer satisfaction post installation of devices while adhering to KOS core competencies and culture keys.

In Short

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for copier repairs.
  • Utilize expertise in copier technology to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Ensure minimum downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot copier-related issues.
  • Install software and train users on print drivers and scanning protocols.
  • Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay updated with the latest copier technologies and best practices.
  • Coordinate on-site visits for copier repair and maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree or equivalent related experience.
