Overview

As an HR Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our HR practices align with local regulations and global standards across the EMEA and APAC regions.

In Short

• Participate in mapping HR Compliance requirements across EMEA and APAC.
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance queries.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance.
• Manage pre-hire onboarding compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR compliance processes.
• Support maintenance of leave policies and HR records.
• Build guides for the HR team for consistent processes.
• Support with HR Compliance audits and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience in a global company.
• Knowledge of EMEA & APAC labor legislation.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools.
• Collaborative team player with an inclusive mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Exposure to global programs involving local laws.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
