Director, Program and Operations – GTM Excellence - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Director, Program and Operations to establish and lead the GTM PMO function while ensuring operational excellence across our GTM Excellence strategic initiatives. This role will be instrumental in aligning program effectiveness with corporate strategy, streamlining processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a hyper-growth environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, program management, or business operations.
• Track record of building and scaling PMO and operational functions.
• Deep understanding of GTM processes and functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
