In Short

  • Lead the intersection of strategy and execution in the Strategic Business Partner Team.
  • Work with GTM Enablement Business Partners to support customer engagement models.
  • Transform customer engagement and deliver value through collaboration.
  • Design and execute lasting change programs to improve sales productivity.
  • Analyze data to inform sales enablement strategies.
  • Develop frameworks for frontline manager effectiveness.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Establish KPIs to measure program success.
  • Collaborate with Analytics for performance reporting.
  • Drive measurable improvements in sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related fields.
  • Success in designing productivity programs that improve sales outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Experience with sales performance coaching.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and related tools.
