Overview

We are searching for a Marketing Account Manager (with fluent English skills) to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients based in the US and Canada.

In Short

  • Planning, reviewing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinating work between various teams to implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with Sales and Account Directors.
  • Communicating on time with clients providing feedback and results.
  • Understanding client’s business goals and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Identifying opportunities with existing clients to generate sales.
  • Monitoring the client’s budget for services and PPC campaigns.
  • Providing ongoing education and training for the role.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and account management.
  • A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization or role is considered an asset.
  • Experience in client and project management.
  • Solid digital marketing and email marketing knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Organized with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
