Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Research Analyst to head our Research team. This individual will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, ensuring a consistent and quality client pool, and mentoring a team of Research Analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in lead generation/research in a US Staffing firm.
• Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing a team.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client database.
• Deep understanding of the US staffing industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, shift-based environments.
