In Short

• Join Wise as a PEP Screening Team Lead on a night shift contract.
• Review alerts raised by screening systems and take appropriate action.
• Check for Adverse Media and classify customers as Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
• Follow operational procedures and document decision rationale.
• Perform analysis of potential matches against sources.
• Communicate with customers with empathy when further information is needed.
• Support onboarding approvals for PEP customers.
• Liaise with Product team to refine screening methodologies.
• Work as a team player to deliver a great customer experience.
• Maintain understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in leading teams in operations.
• Understanding of KYC/AML/Fraud/Risk regulations.
• Familiarity with money laundering methods.
• Strong operational management skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback.
• Proactive and independent approach.
• Customer-focused mindset.
