Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote

WiredPeople is seeking a dedicated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team! The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, full-stack solutions using the .NET framework. This role requires a critical thinker who takes ownership, thrives in collaborative environments, and is committed to detail and excellence. You’ll build new applications, enhance existing systems, support users, and contribute to impactful, mission-driven work that makes a difference.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and code.
• Develop clean, scalable applications using C#, .NET 8.0, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and MVC.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Promote coding best practices including TDD and CI/CD workflows.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold standards.
• Identify and resolve defects and technical challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify long-term fixes.
• Set a strong example in documentation and testing.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or equivalent certification.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET 8.0, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and MVC.
• Proficient in RESTful API development.
• Skilled in cloud services, such as Azure.
• Experienced with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Frontend development expertise using jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Proficient in unit and integration testing.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experienced in conducting code reviews.
