We are hiring a Clinical Medical Virtual Assistant (Athena EHR) for a U.S.-based healthcare provider dedicated to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care through efficient systems and modern technology.

In Short

• Manage the clinical inbox within Athena EHR
• Process prior authorizations and benefit verifications
• Perform follow-ups on lab and imaging results
• Handle and organize incoming faxes
• Conduct outbound calls to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
• Support provider workflows and patient care
• Work full-time Monday to Friday
• Flexible work schedule based on client preference
• Remote position based in the Philippines

Requirements

• Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, RPh)
• Experience with Athena EHR preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage clinical tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail in documentation
• Experience in patient care coordination
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with healthcare systems
• Proficient in managing clinical inboxes
