Requirements

• Advanced talent sourcing skills: boolean, talent market mapping, data scraping.
• Ability to source outside of LinkedIn.
• Data-driven approach to tracking and analyzing data.
• Bonus: Strong communication skills for outreach.
• Bonus: Ability to program scripts or run data scrapers.
