Wilson Elser is currently seeking a Toxic Tort Associate to join a team of talented professionals in a collaborative, collegial environment. In Short

• Represent clients in toxic tort matters.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Attend court hearings and depositions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Manage a litigation caseload independently.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates.
• 2+ years of toxic tort litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with asbestos and talc cases preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Flexible, remote working arrangement available.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 2+ years of toxic tort litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required.
• Experience cross-examining witnesses preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
