In Short

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential M&A transactions.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence to assess the financial health of target companies.
• Create post-combination P&L, cash flow, and debt leverage projections.
• Prepare investor-focused requests in relation to quarterly performance and M&A transactions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze revenue reports.
• Develop firm-wide KPI dashboards and work across functions to gather data.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and presentations.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in financial analysis and M&A transaction evaluation.
• Ability to create organized transaction models that include P&L and cash flows.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think strategically and understand business drivers.
