Overview

This role manages the activities and strategic priorities of cybersecurity teams, ensuring the Bank is protected from cybersecurity threats.

In Short

• Manage Offensive Security Operations team including red teamers and penetration testers.
• Develop and execute offensive security strategy aligned with risk management.
• Oversee red team operations and penetration testing campaigns.
• Coordinate efforts with threat intelligence and incident response teams.
• Provide technical leadership in adversarial simulations using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience or 11 years combined education/work experience.
• Expert knowledge of Cybersecurity principles.
• Minimum 6 years in specific cybersecurity functions.
• 2 years managerial experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to translate business objectives into cyber plans.
• Proficient understanding of financial services regulations.
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities.
• Experience mentoring cybersecurity professionals.
