Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LMHC) - Remote

Overview

Willow Health is on a mission to improve access to high-quality, evidence-based intensive behavioral health care through its virtual crisis care program, providing immediate access to personalized care for individuals experiencing mental health crises.

In Short

• Provide telehealth evidence-based behavioral health care.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and differential diagnosis.
• Create and implement co-created clinical treatment plans.
• Conduct crisis psychotherapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload of patients for 8 to 12 weeks.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning.
• Utilize validated clinical tools for diagnosis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain documentation.
• Work with patients, families, and community providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, clinical social work, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling.
• Active clinical social work or mental health counseling license in New York.
• 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Experience with clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Comfortable using technology and EMR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
