Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LMHC) - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Provide telehealth evidence-based behavioral health care.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct short-term crisis psychotherapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload of patients for 8 to 12 weeks.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and safety planning.
• Utilize validated clinical tools for diagnosis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain documentation of patient-related care.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, clinical social work, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling.
• Active license for clinical social work or mental health counseling in New York.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Comfort with using technology and EMR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
