Middle School Humanities Mentor (Licensed Teacher) - Remote

Overview

The Middle School Humanities Mentor will deliver transformational learning experiences through online classes, inspiring students and managing their progress while aligning with Williamsburg Learning’s mission.

In Short

• Conduct 5 live courses virtually, totaling about 35 hours per week.
• Utilize the 6 Mentor Practices to optimize student learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on assignments.
• Engage in professional development and team participation.
• Ensure effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Adapt teaching methods to online formats while maintaining student engagement.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide necessary interventions.
• Embrace company values and model them for students.
• Maintain professionalism during all classes.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to curriculum improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS in relevant field with a current Teaching License.
• Current resident of Utah, Colorado, or Arizona.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to start working on July 15th, 2025.
• Highly organized and flexible in a changing environment.
• Proficient with technology and online teaching tools.
• Passion for education and serving diverse student backgrounds.
