The Electives and World Language Program Leader is responsible for leading and managing the program, ensuring high-quality curriculum and mentor support, and optimizing program administration.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the area of expertise, if required.
• Experience with WL curriculum and mentoring for at least one year.
• Must teach at least one live section in the designated program.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and proactive response to feedback.
• Identify outcomes and execute strategies to achieve them.
