Overview

The Williamsburg Academy of Colorado is seeking an Online Math Tutor to provide real-time academic support to students in grades 6-12. The tutor will assist students with understanding math concepts, completing homework, and developing problem-solving skills in a remote setting.

• Provide immediate assistance to students in an online drop-in tutoring lab.
• Support various math topics including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra II, and pre-calculus.
• Encourage and engage students during tutoring sessions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Precalculus.
• Experience working with educational staff and students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at multitasking with multiple students.
• Ability to use platforms like Canvas, Zoom, and G-Suite.
• Organizational skills for logging student progress.
• Proven integrity and professionalism.
