Overview

WilkinGuttenplan is seeking a Resource & Operations Manager to lead staffing and resource allocation across its Accounting & Assurance and Tax departments, managing a team and implementing scheduling software.

In Short

  • Lead and develop Resource Coordinators for A&A and Tax departments.
  • Integrate scheduling and capacity data across departments.
  • Own the annual capacity commitment setting process.
  • Engage department heads on scheduling trends and resource needs.
  • Identify skill gaps and hiring requirements.
  • Lead resources/scheduling software implementation.
  • Build partnerships with department leaders.
  • Maintain communication across departments.
