• Implement regional funding programs for Wikimedian communities in Latin America.
• Oversee the grant proposal processes across different funding programs.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of trust-based philanthropy or community-based grantmaking.
• Experience in participatory decision-making structures.
• Experience in grantmaking, particularly in an international context.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to create partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.
• Currently residing in Latin America.
