The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Movement Communications Specialist to support events and conferences that connect Wikimedians across the globe.

• Support events and conferences connecting Wikimedians globally.
• Manage relationships with volunteers organizing events.

Requirements

• Experience in organizing global conferences or large-scale events.

• Fluency in at least one other language is a plus.
• Understanding of open knowledge and digital rights is preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
