Overview

As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the first presentation through needs assessment to contract signing. A key part of your role is consulting on implementation and process digitalization. You not only show our customers how Wholix works but also accompany them in sustainably optimizing and digitizing their business processes.

In Short

  • End-to-End Sales: Responsible for the entire sales process from demo to closing.
  • Customer Consulting: Analyze requirements, develop solution concepts, and assist with implementation.
  • Digitalization Partner: Advise customers on transitioning their existing processes to digital workflows.
  • Pitch & Demo: Conduct convincing product presentations (remote and on-site).
  • Pipeline Management: Independently manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Upselling & Expansion: Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or comparable B2B software solutions.
  • Proven successes in closing new customers in the mid-market or enterprise environment.
  • Experience in consulting on implementation, digitalization, or process optimization.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to present complex issues simply and customer-oriented.
  • Proactive, structured working style and high self-motivation.
  • Eager to grow in an international startup environment.
