In Short

  • 1st Level Support: First point of contact for inquiries via email, phone, or ticket system.
  • 2nd Level Support: Solve complex cases, work with DevOps and product teams.
  • Ensure service quality and maintain proactive communication with customers.
  • Manage knowledge base and provide training for team members.
  • Identify patterns and develop templates for frequent inquiries.

Requirements

  • Completed training in IT systems integration or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for technology.
  • Structured and solution-oriented work style.
  • Fluent in German and solid English skills.
  • Experience in technical customer service or IT support is a plus.
